Property Information - General

Guests have access to 12 acres on our property, with wooded hills and mowed fields.

Spend hours enjoying the wooded walking trails, wildlife viewing, backyard games, and outdoor patio area.

There is ample space for tent camping if you wish.

In addition to the built-in heating and self-cooling system, there is a wood-burning stove in the living room, ceiling fans, a smoke alarm, a carbon monoxide alarm, and a fire extinguisher for your safety.

This is an owner-on-site property with a separate entrance and parking area for the guests.

Your two-level interior living space is 2,200 square feet, adequate for large groups to enjoy comfortably.

Enjoy self-check-in using a door code on the keypad; come and go as you like.

There are three main bedrooms, with additional sleeping areas throughout the space.

Two bathrooms offer a shower, bathtub, towels and linens, hairdryer, and toiletries.

One king bed, two queen beds, queen sleeper-sofa, additional futons, twin bed and pullouts, rollaway beds, able to sleep a total of 13 people.

The kitchen is well equipped, allowing you to cook your own meals using the electric stove, full-sized refrigerator and microwave.

Common cooking and dining service items are available, as well as a coffee maker, spices, etc.

Paper items are also available if you wish, as there is NO dishwasher available (we think washing/drying dishes together helps encourage family conversations!)

The dining area right off the kitchen provides ample seating around the large table, with a highchair available. There are plenty of dishes to accommodate your group.

Overflow seating is available in the living room, which is part of the open-concept floorplan.

The game area on the upper level features a lofted theater room with a Smart TV, DVDs, a foosball table, a side-by-side basketball game, electronic darts, a piano, board games, and books.

You can use your gadgets with the free Wi-Fi and cell phone signal booster. (But we think you’ll have more fun being gadget-free!)

The large, lighted outdoor patio area is the perfect place to gather for a cookout or gathering!

Enjoy the gas grill, picnic tables, and extra seating areas.

The fire pit is perfect for toasting marshmallows in the evening; firewood is provided.

Outside activities include playsets for the kiddos, obstacle courses for adults and children, a mini trampoline, a volleyball net, basketball, and plenty of space to run and play.

We’ve constructed an A-frame climbing structure, a kid’s tire challenge, and more. There’s plenty of space for group activities.
